A permanent employee is someone who has worked for a company or organization for several years. Staying in call centers can be achieved with hard work and a lot of work with managers, especially those you may not like. Just remember that, once you have it, don't waste it doing something that impacts you, the company, or the customer in a way that costs you money and reputation. Tenure is valuable and today it's not easily earned. If you have it, hold on to doing your best and when you're wrong, confess and work hard to do it right.
Believe it from a person who has had to do that in the past, it was my mandate and my willingness to solve the problem that kept me at work and what I still do to this day. Tenure pays dividends on both a small and large scale and is well worth getting. Employee tenure is the amount of time an employee spends working for one company before moving to another.
